Your recommendation not only helps us grow our business, but also reflects the satisfaction of our current homeowners, past clients, subcontractors, and friends who have trusted us. Simply send us the contact information of your friends, neighbors, relatives, or coworkers who may be interested in our custom barndominiums or homes, and once they decide to build with Double S Barndominiums, you'll receive your referral reward! You will receive two payments. The first $750 will be paid when the concrete slab is poured. The second payment of $750 will be paid out the day of closing.
Have a conversation with the person you're referring to confirm their interest in a new Double S Barndominium Home and inform them that a Double S team member will follow up.

To refer someone to Double S Barndominiums, follow three steps:
You must register your referral prior to the referrer's appointment, or your referral at the time of registration must give your name as their referrer.
At the time of registration if the customer is not already registered as your referral, when asked what prompted them to call/visit Double S Barndominiums, if another source is given, i.e., sign, newspaper etc, and your name is not given, then this customer is ineligible as a referral.
Referral rewards will be paid in two different installments, once after the concrete slab is poured and the second when the client closes on their Double S Barndominium build.
Referral programs are subject to change. The referral program in effect at the time of registration, will be the program honored. Double S Barndominiums may terminate or change a referral program at anytime without notice.
You are responsible for taxes associated with the Referral Fee.
